I need to say with personal gratitude that I have come so far with this business, through thickness and thin and through God's grace. I have been made humble to grow up with a passion in Spanish Cuisine and I must thank God on my journey to provide this quintessential dish to the people of South Africa.

Thank you to Mejandra for taking wonderful photos, as I don't always get a chance to take photos while I prepare. I appreciate your efforts and my biggest gratitude to you and those that hired me for this blessed event.
