This Saturday ( 27 January 2024) we are sitting down with one of the most phenomenal black women we have in South Africa. Her name is Amanda Mbongwa. It's okay. You can call her FitFanatic because not only is she the brain & heart behind the brand but she also lives and breathes the brand.

Amanda is a BCOM Graduate, a business woman, social enterpreneur, founder of Loskop Gijimas Athletics Club as well as a Managing Director of Ulwandle Developments & Estates.

A quote which she lives by says, " Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind. "

We are honored that we will get a chance to sit down with her, ask her personal questions, engage with her but more than anything, spend the day with her.
