Life is a funny thing. It takes you on a rollercoaster journey through ups and downs. Bringing you joy, happiness, abundance and opportunities.

We are grateful for the opportunity to have merged with an amazing company, joining forces and rebranding ourselves with the promise of delivering incredible luxury weddings and mind blowing events at every turn 🌸

In this moment, we aren’t sad to say goodbye, but excited for future opportunities to work with incredible clients on all their requirements, given more resources under our new and exciting umbrella!

For the bridal couple that just got engaged and needing a bit of guidance; or for the hands-on bridal couple that want to plan their own wedding but don't know where to start or which suppliers to use.
Book a consultation with Ruby to equip you with all the tools that you will need to plan your own wedding!

♥ How is this package useful?
♡ Upon enquiry, we will send you a Q&A info sheet to gauge the scope of assistance that you require.
♡ Our planner then puts together a handbook of suppliers, tips and tricks for your planning process going forward so that you have a hands/on approach in planning your own wedding.
♡ Keeping your unique budget in mind, the planner selects supplier for you that are best suited to your budget and style.

♥ How does the consultation work?
♡ After we have tailor made your handbook, we will schedule a meeting with you to run through all the elements in a 1-hour consultation. You can use this time to brainstorm or ask the planner any questions related to the wedding day.
♡ You will then be equipped with a planning tool that you can utilise to put together all elements of your wedding day. From the marriage officer, venue, decor, flowers, all the way to a stationery designer.
♡ Consultations can take place face to face or virtually.

♡ This package quote includes all floral arrangements that you may need on your wedding day per your budget requirements, as well as decor hiring elements such as a wedding arch, candle holders, underplates, cutlery, vases, etc. Our super talented set up team will arrive on your wedding day and do the set up on your behalf so that your day is stress free!

♥ Who is this package ideal for?
♡ If you have arranged all the other wedding elements by yourself and/or you have your own coordinator, but just need someone to do the creative set up on the day.

♥ What does the full planning package entail?
♡ You have just got engaged or you’ve decided to through a show-stopping event - but you have no idea where to start, or you haven’t got the time to tackle the logistics of planning an event. That’s where we come in!
Your planner will set up a meeting with you to discuss all your event details. They will source and liaise with all suppliers on your behalf, so that you only have to deal with one supplier - Your Personal Planner.
Leading up to the event, your planner will coordinate with all of the booked suppliers and compile a fully detailed event schedule that will serve as a guideline for your day.
Your planner will also coordinate everything that takes place on site at your venue, and will manage the event from start to finish for the allocated time booked per your contract.

♥ What does an ‘On the Day Coordinator do?
♡ Once you have booked and secured your wedding date with your coordinator, the fun begins! Your coordinator will guide you on preferred suppliers and industry specialists, giving you the hands-on approach of arranging and liaising with your choice of suppliers on your own time.
Closer to the wedding date, a hand-over will be done to your coordinator with all the suppliers that you have liaised with, so that a detailed event timeline can be compiled to ensure that everyone knows where they have to be and when.
On the day of your wedding, your coordinator will arrive and take over all responsibilities of coordinating suppliers on site for the allocated time per your contract.
Your coordinator will also ensure the smooth running of all formalities, from your ceremony all the way through to your garter toss.

♥ Why should I make use of a coordinator on the day of my wedding?
♡ This package is for the hands-on bride who would like to plan and liaise with her suppliers directly, but also wants to have a stress free day and have the opportunity to hand over the responsibilities of running logistics.
