Butter chicken and vegetables curry

Made some Dhall Roti today and to go with it a creamy chicken and cauliflower curry. Give it a try. See recipe below:

1kg chicken
1 and 1/2 tsp coriander and jeera powder
1tsp chilli powder
4tsp mixed masala
2tsp turmeric
2 tbsp double cream yogurt
2tsp ground garlic
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 onion
1 tomatoe
1 bay leaf
1 and 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
150g cauliflower florets

Method
Marinate chicken in all dry spices including salt and yogurt
Heat oil and add mustard seeds. Once popping add bay leaf and onion. Fry until translucent. Add garlic and ginger and stir for 1min. Add marinated chicken pieces and braise for 10min. Add small increments of water only of it gets caught. Add tomato and cook for a further 15min. Add cauliflower and cook on low for 10min. Add coriander garnish and dry chilli flakes
