Roast chicken Recipe

Ingredients
BBQ sauce
Melted Rama
Chicken spice
Chicken stock
Lemon n herb
Mixed herbs
Seven colour spice
Thyme
Rosemary

Method
Prepare marinade by mixing all the above ingredients in a large bowl and stir until combined den u can marinade ur chicken. preheat oven @ 190d...bake ur chicken for 30 minutes den remove from oven and brush its wt da remaining marinade for anada 30 minutes or until its cooked.

Wors Stew 🥘 Recipe

Ingredients
*Boerewors
*half onion diced
*half green pepper
*4 tomatoe grated
*1tablespoon paprika
*3tablespoon oil
*1 tspn seven colour spice
* 1 tablespoon supreme curry powder
*1 tspn beef stock
*bbq sauce

Method

1. Fry boerewors separately n put its aside
2 . Heat oil and add onions,pepper,supreme,paprika,seven colour spice den stir for 2 minutes
3.add tomatoe, beef stock ,bbq sauce and boerewors
Den cook for 7 minutes
