It's Monday and we bring you another stunning Garden Route wedding venue, Le Papillion, just outside of George.

"Le Papillon Venue is a garden venue, unlike others. With its French garden flair and amazing Indian Ocean view, it trumps many a natural setting. Le Papillon Venue is the butterfly of the Garden Route in the Western Cape. The venue comprises three levels. The top level is an open grass area where the reception tent and other vendors can be erected. Steps take you down and through a pathway to the bubbling water fountain area with lavender and young Cyprus trees. Here, you'll find four grass areas where lawn games, canapé, and music can be enjoyed. Breathtaking are the steps down to the front and first level, for it is here where the light wood pergola with soft white draping will invite guests to sit in wonder during your ceremony. This is the butterfly, Le Papillon! The high pergola with young Cyprus trees and lavender overlooks the drop of a fynbos area and the panoramic view of the Indian Ocean and sky. The pergola can be seated with 100 guests. Two French earns are also available for large flower arrangements for your favourite flowers. Power points are available in the gardens. There is ample parking for guests. The wedding couple can choose their favourite vendors in order to create a dream wedding in this dream location."

Today, five years ago, on August 28th, 2018 (28.08.18), the Garden Route & Klein Karoo Weddings website was launched with only six ‘members' (who are all still advertising with us btw).
