Chai Latte with a difference for those cool Autumn evenings
Ingredients
I cup Almond milk
2 Earl Grey tea bags
1 slice of fresh ginger
Cinnamon stick, a couple of Cloves and Cardamon, Star Anise
Fresh cream whipped
Sugar to taste

Bring everything to the boil and strain, add sugar and add as much cream as you can handle. Sprinkle more Cinnamon on the top and enjoy.

Tiny Beans and Chicken
As the evenings become cooler, I tend to want something more comforting and spicy.
Tiny Beans and Chicken cooked with a bit of tomato, olive oil ands blend of spices, served with steamed crushed Bulgar Wheat. Aalia and I have taken to eating lots of Bulgar, in salads, soups and desserts. The nutritive value and benefits of Bulgar in certain instances surpasses that of brawn rice and even Quinoas.
