The popular DJ's that most of you look up to they are up there collaborating while the rest of you are down here having a cat fight instead of helping each other grow. How many of you get bookings because you were recommended by the DJ's you look up to? But you recommend them all the times. Has any of these so called celebrities shared your business on their social media platforms? But you share their on your platforms. Have they ever came in early to listen to your set? I don't think so because most of them come in 20mins before their set just to steal your spotlight thing is they don't care about you the same way you care about them, they are there to do their job not to make you feel better about yourself get that through your thick skull that you're in this alone no one is coming to save you. Start by being your own celebrity since most of you are obsessed with being celebrities hopefully that will stop you from worshipping other and make you believe in yourself, but then again you need to be disciplined and most of you lack discipline and that means you'll be running in circles and call yourself a legend once you decide to retire, I guess you'll be a broke legend that was running in circles.

Regardless of how my relationship with the management of P&R Tarven ended no one has ever given me so much freedom and time to showcase my talent and skills in terms of marketing a brand, I was given the green light to do whatever it took to make P&R Tarven a success and I did just that in less than 4 years I'm now using the knowledge I've gained to market my own brand personal feelings aside I'm greatful to P&R Tarven management.

Resident DJ's need to stop being insecure. If another dude has mad skills compared to you that's a bonus. It makes your event much better. The club owner ain't going to replace you based on a 1x promo event. If anything he might say something like dude that guy rocked the house. He's welcome to come back anytime. It also makes you look better. Not many see it that way.

I can say this without any fear or favor there's not even a popular soul and Rnb DJ that I look up to past and present because I don't think there's anything I can learn from people who feel comfortable playing the same set week in week out and who behave like they are more important than the rest of the Dj's at every event they are a part and as if without them there's no show. People attend events even when popular DJ's are not on the lineup and the only reason why they feel like they are more important than others is because these upcoming DJ's, promoters and owners give them too much respect and yet they come and play the same song these upcoming dj's are playing week in week out. They fail to set the standards high for upcoming DJ's but demand to be treated like God's, the only respect I have for them is that they know their worth but music wise you really can't tell the difference between them and these upcoming DJ's

Being a DJ is easy when you don't know your worth.
You are everybody's favorite DJ when you always play their favorite songs.
You are everybody's favorite when you accept any offer, but things get difficult when you do the following.
When you start knowing your worth.
You lose your fanbase once you stop playing their favorite songs.
When you start wanting to negotiate instead of accepting any offer.

He was told to curse God and die" but Job did not, because he was a man who fears God and shuns evil. Job suffered a great loss, people thought it was all over for him. Job was not discouraged by people's words. Job did not forget God because he knew that those who forget God have no hope and that you will have courage when you have hope. Job said no my hope will go down with me to the grave. We shall rest together in dust. What I'm trying to say is that hope doesn't disappoint, but hope is all situations.

I still fail to understand why DJ's with more followers are considered to be the only one's who are capable of pulling in a bigger crowd at various establishments, because you'll always find that various establishments are fully packed week in week out with or without those are considered to the only one's capable of pulling in a bigger crowd and this thing has made some promoter, resident djs and DJ's with more followers to belittle those with less followers , but then again it's up to an individual to decide if he/she is incapable or capable of pulling in a bigger crowd. It's all about believing in yourself and if you don't believe in yourself others will just belittle you because you gave them permission to do so.

I honestly have a problem with famous people who misuse money that they've worked so hard for and come back to ask their fans to donate money to them once they go broke. Your fans has helped you enough by buying tickets to attend every show you performed at, whatever show they watch on TV makes it possible for you to get paid. Ya'll need to stop this thing of emotional blackmail and get your acts right by managing your finances. How do you expect people who helped you to get to where you are today continue to donate more money to you while they've already spent so much to make you rich and famous. Spending money carelessly got most of you in a situation you find yourself in. Stop taking advantage of the kindness of your fans and take responsibility for your actions. Get up start looking for a job and stop being a cry baby by blackmailing fans they also have their own families to feed, your fans don't owe you anything they choose to support you because they love what you do and most of you treat your fans like trash once you start making money and being popular but run to them when you hit rock bottom.
