Having the duality of both accommodation and hospitality units, South Hill Vineyards can offer a multitude of possibilities as a unique workspace for conferences, meetings and workshops.
Full exclusive use of all six king size rooms in the 4-star graded Guest House Villa (with additional accommodation in the Pumphouse Cottage & House Boat, Stokies Ark available if required), smaller groups can use the open plan layout of the Guest House Villa living area to its full potential and work in a comfortable, relaxed environment with AV facilities.
Alternatively the Restaurant area can cater for up to 50 delegates in a cinema style set up or up to 30 delegates in boardroom style seating.
A drop-down big screen, in-situ projector with full AV facilities, flip charts and conference stationery are included.
For larger conferences, ask us for details to use the wine cellar as an option.
The lawns outside or a break-away room in the Restaurant area is available for meals and after meeting wine & drinks.
Meals are tasty, country style bistro dishes & tapas with snacks being a combination of homemade cakes & savory treats.
A tasting of the farm’s range of award winning wines completes the experience.
If making use of the Guest House Villa, braai or pizza evenings can be arranged alongside the pool.

Accommodation:
Guest House Villa
The Guest House Villa opens to a generously appointed communal open plan living/ dining area with comfortable lounge seating & DSTV, fully equipped kitchen and indoor fireplace for the chillier months. This area works very well for smaller work groups. French doors open onto a wrap-around patio for enjoying spectacular sunsets looking over indigenous gardens and vineyards. The outdoor entertainment space offers a 15m swimming pool and easy al fresco dining options with braai & pizza oven. Expansive lawns for croquet and an established boule court complete the picture.
The Villa consists of 6 king size bed en-suite rooms sleeping a total of 6 single/ 12 sharing delegates.
Pumphouse Cottage:
The beautifully situated Pumphouse Cottage is set away from the main Guest House Villa and overlooks a beautiful farm dam, mountains, and the Pinot vineyards.
Cottage contains kitchenette, small lounge with indoor pot belly fireplace for cooler evenings. Private courtyard with a whirlpool bath, hammock & braai facilities.
Can accommodate either a single or 2 sharing delegates.
House Boat, Stokies Ark:
First cabin – queen-sized bed – single delegate
Second cabin - queen-sized bed – single delegate
Third cabin – two single bunk beds – suitable for a single or 2 sharing delegates.
If you do have a bigger group, we can always book additional accommodation across from South Hill at the stunning Old Mac Daddy.
