Hi everyone! With this cold weather, this is the perfect dish to warm you up! A cabbage potato stew with a whole smoked eisbein in it. As its a whole eisbein, I prefer not to cut it. It's R380 for 4 persons 😉. If it is too much you can always freeze it or reheat it the next day.
