A warm hello to all my favourite foodies 🤗

I write this message today with lots of mixed emotions... Sad because I partially close the doors of Cardi's Kitchen and excited as I embark on my new venture.

I am honoured to have been approached and offered a job in the private sector sector, still in hospitality.

Since most of my time, more especially in the summer season will be spent working, all private catering orders can only now be done at my discretion and on my days off.

To all my clients and friends near and afar, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your orders, referrals, encouragement and unwavering support is what contributed to the success of Cardi's Kitchen.

I have met and catered for the most incredible people, and have formed some beautiful, lasting bonds and friendships along the way.

I will try my utmost to accommodate orders as much as I can, but ask you please understand if I am unable to assist you with private catering.

I step into this new chapter boldly and confidently. I continue to keep God in the centre of my journey, and know He will equip me with all I need to make what I am entrusted with, a great success.

I have deactivated my Instagram account for now, and will do a photo dump on my FB business page as soon as I can.

I loved preparing this creamy chicken, corn, chilli and coriander soup as well as a custom savoury platter for my clients' cozy, informal dinner. The touch of coconut cream added a totally different element to the soup 🤗

Day 1 saw homemade pure beef patties, lettuce, tomato, slivers of red onion, and burger sauce nestled between brioche buns, with a side of creamy mushroom sauce 🤩

Healthy portions of delicious lasagna and garden salads were served to the facilitators and delegates of the WTC course on day 2 ❤️

My heart overflows with love for this passionate team of people 🤗

Warm greetings, fabulous foodies 🤩

What an almost year it's been since I last updated my FB and Instagram pages 🙆 ...From moving house, going home for extended periods, battling health challenges, hospital admissions, fair recovery periods, and of course loadshedding 😅 still I rise!

I am extremely blessed with the loving support of my family, friends and clients 💛 and extend a huge thank you for your patronage, referrals, part in my journey and the success in Cardi's Kitchen thus far.

Here is some of what I've done during this time🙏🥳 Despite the rapid economic decline and the steep rises in food prices, I endeavour to ensure you experience service excellence, and a taste of the freshest, finest, homemade gourmet canapés and meals at all times.

A big, warm hello to everyone, and a special thank you for the many well wishes, calls, voice and text messages, flowers, visits and support whilst I was ill 🙏

To my existing clients and client referrals whom I was unfortunately unable to assist at the times, thank you for your patience and understanding 🤗

I am well on the mend, open for business again, and am excited for what this new season holds.

I look forward to adding spoons full of extra love to every canapé and dish I will prepare 🥰 Your support is valued and always greatly appreciated.

My pages haven't been updated in a while 🙈🤦 but I'll be sure to do a photo dump soonest 😅 In the meantime, please share my page and invite your family and friends to join us on our culinary journey 🥳
