The “Yummy! Yummy, YUMMY!” Recipe is here. Spinach & Ricotta Gnudi. A delicious dish for the whole family, and perfect to get those busy little hands involved in rolling 👌😉 we hope that you enjoy this dish as much as Tom Tom! • Herby Spinach & Ricotta Gnudi: Serves 4 Gnudi Ingredients: 350g Ricotta 100g Spinach – wilted & chopped ½ C Grated parmesan 1 C Flour ½ t Black pepper 1 t Salt Pinch of nutmeg 15g Basil – finely chopped 15g Chives – finely chopped Sauce Options: We served ours with a burnt butter & sage sauce Some other options: Tomato sauce, Bolognese sauce, basil pesto Method: Add all the gnudi ingredients to a large bowl and mix until you have a firm dough. Roll into small balls, approximately 1 T of dough per ball, and dust in flour or semolina. Fill a large pot with salted water and bring to a boil, boil the gnudi for approx. 5-7 minutes. Remove from the water and serve with your choice of sauce! • #delish #homemade #italianfood #gnudi #familymeals #delicious
