We are so excited with our beautiful new packaging! Those of you who have been following for a while might recognize the blue and white pattern from the plates we had at the restaurant. Out Gran always had the beautiful blue and white willow pattern plates in her kitchen and it’s something we’ve always loved so we thought it fitting to bring it into our packaging.
Perfect little prezzies for the festive season! and working their magic with these beautiful pictures😍

We are back! We’ve just had somewhat of a social media sabbatical whilst embracing being in our “Mamma Era”.

We miss more than anything engaging on social media and sharing what we are most passionate about. So with babes on board we are launching into sharing more with recipes, easy meal hacks, just general good food and lifestyle vibes as well as a glimpse into our little families.

The “Yummy! Yummy, YUMMY!” Recipe is here. Spinach & Ricotta Gnudi. A delicious dish for the whole family, and perfect to get those busy little hands involved in rolling 👌😉 we hope that you enjoy this dish as much as Tom Tom! • Herby Spinach & Ricotta Gnudi: Serves 4 Gnudi Ingredients: 350g Ricotta 100g Spinach – wilted & chopped ½ C Grated parmesan 1 C Flour ½ t Black pepper 1 t Salt Pinch of nutmeg 15g Basil – finely chopped 15g Chives – finely chopped Sauce Options: We served ours with a burnt butter & sage sauce Some other options: Tomato sauce, Bolognese sauce, basil pesto Method: Add all the gnudi ingredients to a large bowl and mix until you have a firm dough. Roll into small balls, approximately 1 T of dough per ball, and dust in flour or semolina. Fill a large pot with salted water and bring to a boil, boil the gnudi for approx. 5-7 minutes. Remove from the water and serve with your choice of sauce! • #delish #homemade #italianfood #gnudi #familymeals #delicious
