|KEENAN & GEORGINA|Your weekly wedding planning tips from a wedding planner💍
🥂Create a separate “wedding” email address that is not your personal or work email address. This way both you and your fiancé have access to all wedding related emails and can respond to these emails in your own time.

🥂Pick a day or days of the week to focus on your wedding planning. Perhaps a Sunday morning or evening both you and your fiancé spend 1-2 hours on your planning / admin and responding to any wedding related emails.

🥂Create a wedding website- whether planning a domestic or international wedding we suggest having a wedding website for your guests to RSVP to, confirm menu selection or any dietary needs and for you to add additional information such as accommodation suggestions, transport services, nanny/ baby sitting services, dress code, wedding timeline, gift suggestions etc

🥂Get yourself a second pair of flatter/ more comfy wedding shoes for you to wear late in the evening when the dance floor is open or perhaps when you go off for your bridal shoot with your photographer.

🥂If you and your fiancé would prefer no wedding gifts we suggest having a charity or charity organisations that are dear to you for your guests to transfer a donation.

Meet our Strawberry Weddings and Events Team ANDREA BERNHARDT: Andrea is the newest addition to our SWE family and assists our couples with their full wedding planning needs from start to finish. Andrea is the creative one in our SWE family and has a keen eye for décor & floral styling and puts together the most meticulous mood boards for our couples. When Andrea isn’t seeing to our couples wedding planning needs, she is hard at work at our social media building gorgeous content. Andrea has the most infectious laugh and the best sense of humor, when Andrea gets laughing, she gets us all going. We love it when Andrea is in the office because she is either a cracking joke or singing along to our office playlist (or both). When Andrea isn’t working you will find her spending time with her family or out and about in nature finding her next hiking location. ELZAAN BRINK: Elzaan joined our team back in 2021 and has since become a well-known name in the wedding industry. Elzaan has strong leadership skills and sees to the day to day running of our business. Elzaan puts all her love and energy into creating the most magical day for our couples. Elzaan is Dayna’s right hand and has since gained the nickname “mini boss”. DAYNA VIGLIETTI: Dayna started SWE back in 2014, not sure what to call her business she decided to us the name “Strawberry Weddings & Events” from one of her college projects. Now almost 11 years later the name has stuck and has since built a strong reputation in the wedding and event industry. Since starting her business, Dayna got married in 2019 to a carb loving Italian and has had two babies of her own- a little girl Malia and a little boy Rocco.
