Party Surprise is a part-time business. Our online shop is available 24/7, but orders are processed after hours only.

Customer support hours: Monday - Thursday: 17h30 - 19h00 Friday: 14h30 - 17h00

Party Surprise started out as a home-based import and distribution business. Four years later, during March 2010, the Party Surprise retail store in Vaalpark opened it's doors.

In August 2015 we launched our online shop and it has grown so much that we've decided to close the retail store at the end of January 2018 to focus only on online sales and thus offer beter prices to our customers. We courier our products to your door anywhere in South Africa within 1 - 4 business days.
