In 2006 a South African young Professional decided to draw a new set of blue prints for his future, following his lifelong passion for food and hospitality.His dream was to create a catering company that is ripe for creative culinary minds and also to capture the elusive transcending characteristics of cooking and entertainment. Four years later he opened a successful catering company.He found th

at catering for local community was a place where he could express his appreciation for all things.His business started in Nywarha Location in Idutywa,Eastern Cape in South Africa where he was born. He has extensive experience in catering industry and has recently came from overseas where he was working on the cruise lines for 7 years. Zinzani Catering Services maintains a food and hospitality philosophy that honors working with fresh, local ingredients and building strong relationships with both local and international guests. Zinzani Nkukwana - the Executive Chef and the Owner believes that an opportunity is a fragile amber that can be fanned by passion into roaring fire - and that, no matter where in the world your are working, there is always time to eat and have a drink with good friends
