**Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Goods**

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to the purchase of goods ("Goods") from A Million Ways Decor, a company registered in South Africa .By purchasing any Goods from us, you ("Buyer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you h

ave read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of Goods and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications or agreements.

2. Product Information
We make every effort to accurately describe and display the Goods on our website or in other marketing materials. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions, images, or prices of the Goods are free from errors. In the event of a significant error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund or replacement in accordance with applicable law.

3.Orders and Payment
- Order Process: By placing an order with us and making payment, you agree to our terms and conditions. You make an offer to purchase the Goods, which we may accept or reject at our discretion. An order is deemed accepted when payment was processed.
- Payment: All payments for Goods must be made in full at the time of order via the payment methods provided on our invoice. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment is not received.

4. **No Refunds or Exchanges
- **Buyer’s Remorse**: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to buyer's remorse or change of mind.
- Faulty Goods: In the event that Goods are defective or damaged, please refer to clause 6 below for our warranty and return policy.
- No Return Policy: We do not accept returns of Goods unless they are faulty or not as described.

5. Delivery
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address and are added at checkout. These fees are non-refundable.
- Delivery Time: While we strive to ship Goods within the estimated timeframes, we do not guarantee delivery dates. Any delivery times provided are estimates only and we are not liable for any delays.
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
- If the Goods you received are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you must notify us within 3 days from receipt of the Goods.
- We will, at our discretion, either replace the faulty Goods or provide a full refund in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008 ("CPA"). You will be required to return the faulty Goods at your own cost, and we will bear the cost of reshipping any replacement Goods.
- If the Goods are found to be damaged due to misuse or negligence on your part, the Seller is not liable for any repairs or replacements.

7. Consumer Protection Rights
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights under South African law, including your rights under the CPA. The CPA provides that consumers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are defective or not as described. In case of a dispute, the Buyer may refer to the relevant provisions of the CPA.

8. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or loss of data arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or inability to use the Goods.
- Our total liability in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the Goods that are the subject of the claim.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided by you will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA"). By using our website or placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. By continuing to purchase Goods after such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, or government restrictions.

We are an online shop based in Pretoria east - you are welcome to view samples by appointment.

We are trying to keep our prices as affordable as possible, therefore we do not have a walk-in shop but we will try and assist our customers in any way we can.

If you want to order, we will send you an invoice, you pay and can then collect or we courier.
