The BBC Studios annual content showcase is always a highlight in our calendar.
This year, to bring the theme of "We're Taking You Places" to life, we invited guests to join us to experience a world of first-class entertainment.

With travel and airport themed touchpoints throughout the event design, stage production, event interactions, and gifting, guests were taken on an experiential journey.

As always, thanks to the amazing team that made it happen...

A warm winter colour palette on a freezing Cape Town day to brighten the client's offices for this gala awards luncheon to celebrate top achievers in the business.
MC hosted the formalities, with musical entertainment by the amazing Naledi Mahopi, as guests enjoyed a 4-course gourmet meal.

The DreamWorks zone at The Mall of Africa runs until 23rd December.

*BBC Studios Upfronts - Coastal*

Following on from the Joburg Upfront Event for , we produced a rollout of smaller client events in Durbs and Cape Town.
'Step Into Our World' took on a coastal feel with our gorgeous seaside venues at and , with ocean views, colourful themed decor and a "high tea by the sea" inspired menu.

The bright pops of colours in the decor and the decadent food styling really added to the beauty of the amazing garden setting.

We loved the small, fun details that added to the theming in the various areas, and the pop-up gift station where guests got to select a herb planter and their choice of herb, was a big hit with guests!

*BBC STUDIOS Upfront Event*

The gorgeous The Beechwood Gardens provided the most stunning setting for this year's BBC Studios Upfront Event in Jozi.

Themed "Step Into Our World", our guests were invited on a meandering journey through the gardens before arriving at the main event space, where informal seating in four themed areas was set up under a Bedouin tent.

Delicious themed food stations, a cocktail bar, and coffee bar were also set up around the venue, to encourage mingling and networking. An engaging and informative presentation hosted by MC Bunny Majaja showcased the incredible content upcoming on the BBC Studios channels in Africa.

Bollywood-inspired Gala Awards evening to celebrate top achievers, held at The Reserve Taj Cape Town

A sumptuous 3-course dinner with variety-act style entertainment throughout the evening, and the awards formalities beautifully hosted by the lovely Leigh-Anne Williams 🌟

Entertainment elements included
Bollywood dancers from Taare who added some themed Bling to guests during arrivals, smooth saxophone vibes during dinner, and an exhilarating acrobatic performance to bring the theme of Collaboration to life from TULU Entertainment

M-Net Showcase 2023 - Always a highlight of our year! 🌟

With a multi-screen tech setup, a LED tunnel entrance, stylish cocktail and lounge furniture, and eye-catching branding elements, we transformed the event space into an immersive experience.

With the ever-amazing Anele Mdoda as the MC and a fantastic houseband, guests enjoyed a top-class content showcase of upcoming programming, delicious canapés, a glamcam photo area and competitions and interactions throughout the event.
