We're pleased to be hosting the 15th Annual Route 62 Rally for the 12th consecutive time. Over a decade of world class Rally's delivered flawlessly. 🤘🏻
With Rally week up ahead, let's see what we have lined up for you.
RALLY PROGRAM
THURSDAY:
9:00 - Registrations open at the Main Gate.
10:00 - Check in, drop your bags. Meet and greet fellow riders. Browse through the rally site and stalls. Grab a cold one and chill.
11:00 - Bar opens. ;-) Grab your WINE PASSPORT card supplied in your Rally Pack. Visit the Wine farms listed, get your stickers, complete your cards and stand a chance to win awesome lucky draw prizes.
18:00 - CALYPSO POOL PARTY with WattsUp Live Duo. Join the fun in the hot pools, grab some food from the various food stalls on site and in the main Harley village, or book dinner in Cogman’s Restaurant
FRIDAY:
07:00 - Breakfast included for hotel guests opens. Not a hotel guest? you can still get a great breakfast @ R110 served in Cogman’s, or try a breakfast roll from the Grumpy Greek or at the food stalls on site.
08:00 - Registrations open again at the Main Gate.
09.30 - MYSTERY OUTRIDE. Join us on a mystery outride. We don't know where we're going, but there will be cold frosties and hotdogs or burgers where we end up. Watch for the Marshals guidance. Make your own way back. Visit the wine farms on your Wine Passport Card and get all your stickers. Remember, there's lucky draw prizes for completed cards
17:00 - MAIN STAGE, Rally Village Live music to rock the night away. Featuring the awesome Klawer sisters for their first Rally Performance, followed by the well know Tuxedo - The band to get you moving whom are no strangers to the R62.
For those who ordered the Pasta option there will be selection available, bring your armband.
SATURDAY:
07:00 – BREAKFAST included for hotel guests. Not a hotel guest? You can still get a great breakfast @ R110 served in Cogman’s Restaurant or in the food court.
11:30 – MASS RIDE - Line up outside main gate. Watch for the Marshalls. **Please join this very integral part of the Rally. The townsfolk look forward to Rolling Thunder. After the mass ride, grab something to eat, a cold drink, and join us for the best HARLEY GAMES X FAR.
Last chance to get your Wine Passport Cards stickered for great prizes. On completion drop in draw box at the FCCT stall.
14:00 - HARLEY GAMES
16.30 – KAROO BIKE SHOW ENTRIES. Enter your Bike in the Karoo Bike Show. Some cool prizes to be won.
17:00 - Wine Passport box closes.
17:30 - KAROO BIKE CONCOURSE. Judging starts.
19.00 – BUFFET DINNER. Served by Avalon Springs (included in your registration)
20:00 SPEECHES, Raffle draw & Prize Giving.
Thereafter, WE PARTY THE NIGHT AWAY with some 70’s & 80’s with our resident video DJs Sir Sean Young DJ/MC & Dj Adrian Gemini.
