PULLING OUT ALL THE STOPS!!!
DEPRESSION & ANXIETY IS A REAL THREAT TO MEN'S HEALTH
More than 40% of Men won't talk about their Mental Health, so we'll ride to create the awareness we need.

I'm planning to ride my motorcycle 1670km in 24 hours to raise funds through Back-a-Buddy on behalf of SADAG (South African Depression & Anxiety Group).

This Lam G*t ride will take place in KZN, riding from Amanzimtoti to Pongola (N2), then back to Durban (N2) and up to Harrismith (N3) and back to Durban (N3). The final leg will run from Durban to Port Edward (N2) and back to Amanzimtoti.

Ek beplan een van my gunstelling Dag Trips, 'n 5 - 6 uur (500+ km) mengsel van Avontuur Ry op Teerpad (ja, ek weet), Grondpad (omtrent 200+ km), en die mooiste natuurskoon in KZN.
As jy nuut is tot Avontuur Ry, lus om jou motorfiets te beleef op 'n opwindende kant van motorfiets ry, dan is hierdie vir jou.
Gooi 'n boodskappie met jou foonnommer sodat ons jou op die Gooi Mielies Avontuur Groep kan sit vir datums en trip inligting.
Alle tipe advontuur motorfietse is welkom, maar as jy 'n wysneus of windgat is, bly eerder by die huis.
