Planning an intimate event can be stressful, but you can do a few things to make it easier.

First, hire a coordinator so you can enjoy the night with your guests instead of running around like a mad person.

When it comes to the venue, try to find something exclusive. For example, a private space in a bigger venue or a small venue, all to yourself, will make it feel extra special.

Don't stress about the food - hire a caterer or chef to handle it. That way, you won't have to worry about cooking or cleaning up afterward.

Music is also key (excuse the pun) - put together a playlist beforehand or hire a DJ or musician to create the perfect atmosphere.

Finally, if you are tight on budget, make sure there's a cash bar available. Offering welcome drinks and champagne has become part of the norm, especially when it comes to speeches and toasts. Still, everyone has different tastes when it comes to alcohol. A cash bar lets people choose what they want without breaking the bank.
