Skinny G Productions and the Umtiza Arts festival have joined forces this year again to host the ‘Art in the Park’ in the Ann Bryant Gallery Gardens:

Sunday the 26th of May 2024
R20 entrance for adults. Free for kids.
Tonnes of kids entertainment for an extra price of R50 per art activity. Jumping castle and beautiful gardens available for everyone.
Live Music by Steven Daniel. Can of Worms. The Urban Connection.

I have a lot of random chats with people about voting, South African politics, life in general.

Something I sometimes pick up is that people think if ‘they just get by’ then why bother with politics and why vote. ‘Not my problem’, they say.

But it is your life, your security, your service delivery, your Rand power, your level of education and your future.

Voting is a privilege, not a right.
So please consider to make time to take ownership of your life and put an x in the paper.

If you work with others, encourage them to vote. Business owners please encourage your employees and your family. Don’t force your political views on anyone just stress the importance of each and every South African having their say with an x.

The St Andrew’s Croquet Club is having an open day for anyone who is interested in trying something new.
THIS GAME IS SO FUN.

Date: 23rd October 2021
This Saturday.
Venue: East London Golf Club (the fields are right by the entrance)
Time: 9am start and briefing
They have all the equipment for you.
No experience needed.
If you want to join for a bring and braai you can bring your meat and salad for afterwards.
All ages welcome.
I seriously enjoyed myself when I played and had such a great time at the bar after the game.

Who is ready to get soggy with their doggie ?

On Saturday the 4th of September there will be a great dog walk on Nahoon Beach. Awesome SPCA fundraiser.
R50 for a great cause 🦮🐩🐕

Park at Corner Beach Parking lot.
Walk starts at 7:30.
1.8km walk along the beach to the river and back. Water points along the way.
Then stop off at reef cafe for a breakfast and raffle ticket as well.

I don’t know if you know but my real job besides from making food markets is painting and drawing !!

I have started art lessons and have some slots open for my afternoon lessons. I think they will be a great after school activity for your teens. But if you as an adult find yourself free in the afternoons. Let me know !!

Happy Friday.
I must confess I am posting this on all my socials to get the news out. I am so chuffed. So cool to partner with .za and to create this print of epic surfer dogs. For every pair bought R50 goes to the East London SPCA. Tell all your running groups, animal groups, yoga groups and just in general people haha.

First orders are encouraged before next week Friday the 2nd of July.
Keep Saturday the 21st of August open for a dog walk in your pants. It’s going to be sweet.

This carpark party is on the move.

Last year in lockdown level 3 we had a take away carpark food truck event every Friday night.

Sunday the 9th of May (also mothers day) we are moving this carpark party to Old Boys.
This time we bring Live Music. Kids zone. Gin Bar and the Old Boys Bar. R50 entrance (kids under 12 get in for free)

Sunday is going to be awesome. Check you tomorrow :)
