For years nobody asked why we started The Everyday Bar. I guess it seemed natural that since we were so good at what we do, being independent would be the most logical next step in my career.

We’ve recently been asked that question and paused for a minute and suddenly- it all just came flushing back. Having had the privilege to work on 3 continents, as amazing that was- one main thing seemed to bother me the most consistently. How was it that hospitality industry professionals working so hard in a multi billion dollar industry and yet have no time for themselves, the things they love or paid enough. If you coming from a third world it was even more difficult- don’t get me started on race. Long story short- wanted to create a space where international professionals are able to make the most profit, inspire and educate in the process, because the hospitality industry is the blueprint to our humanity.
