Who is Terra Events & Public Relation publicist

My name is Charlene Coetzee nee Vorster
I was born in 1979 in Evander Mpumalanga.
The only child of John and Louise. I attended laerskool Hoëveld and was headgirl of Hoërskool Evander.

After school I moved to Virginia Free State and studied a business diploma.
My first job was receptionist of BVi Engineers but after 5 years there I was a draftperson and PA of the main engineer.

In 2003 I moved with my boyfriend Ernest to St Lucia KwaZulu Natal and worked at Lalapanzi guesthouse for 2 years.

Ernest father told us about an opportunity in Lydenburg that there is a shortage of housing for the contractors and we grab the opportunity with both hands.

Wilge Country inn started in June 2005. We took care of 30 men for 8 years, 3 meals a day and did everything ourselves. In the following 7 years we employed 3 ladies and rented 2 more houses.

Ernest had partnership in Episode 1 Restaurant for 2 years so I handled the boarding house by myself.

We got married in 2008, had Zak in 2010 and Karen in 2012.

In 2012 the contract ended and Aqua Terra Guest House opened its doors in 2013.

I started the Lydenburg Heritage MTB and Trailrun race in 2016 and this continued until Covid hit in 2020.

Terra started with events during the Heritage race and this year the Public Relation publicist part evolved to where I am now.

I have a passion to help people evolve their potential, either as business or individual. Seeing themselves as the hero in their own life, helping their business be on the map and giving them wings to fly.
