I have had the priviledge to assist them three years consecquetively and each year it is an adventure in terms of location and brief. This year's theme was Mauritius so we got creative with our table scapes incorporating exotic flowers ,elements,textures including live fish finished off as always with a luscious tropical scented linen spray.
