Introducing another dynamic speaker, Cindy Oyugi who will be discussing the topic “The Power of Gratitude” at our Women in Euphoria Event on 3 November at the Cellars-Hohenort Hotel, Constantia.

Cindy is a property investor, motivational speaker and the Managing Director of the Young Queens Empowerment Centre.

Cindy is an unapologetic believer in women empowerment and is passionate about people development, the power of education and the principles of financial literacy and land ownership amongst women.

At the Young Queens Empowerment Centre, her organization focuses on empowering women through learning programs that are designed to give knowledge and skills to women in order to help them become more employable in the marketplace or become self-reliant entrepreneurs.

Cindy believes that if you educate a woman, you educate a nation. She also leverages off her media background and is the proud host of her own YouTube Channel –‘Young Queens’ where she can be found sharing short motivational clips and teaching women how to earn extra income through side hustles to name a few.

Cindy regards herself as a hustler. She believes in a world of endless opportunities and speaks to women from around the continent on the power of setting goals and having a vision for one’s life.

Cindy is the living example of influence and passion and we could not be more honoured to have her as a guest speaker!

Meet our second speaker, Sara Moosa who will be discussing the topic “Elevate Your Mind and Body: Intergrating Movement, Breathwork & Visualization” at our Women in Euphoria Event on 3 November at the Cellars-Hohenort Hotel, Constantia.

Sara is a Holistic Integrated Counsellor and Breathwork Practitioner based in Cape Town. At the heart of her practice is the belief that the root of all human suffering stems from disconnection to the self.

By providing a soft place to land though unconditional, non-judgemental support, Sara guides her clients back to a space of alignment and integrity by weaving together mindfulness, talk therapy, movement and breathwork.

We’re thrilled to announce that Aimee Isaacs, Mental Health Occupational Therapist will be discussing the topic “Unlocking Your Inner Voice: Embrace Self-Expression with Journal Therapy” at our Women in Euphoria Event on 3 November at the Cellars-Hohenort Hotel, Constantia.

With more than 13 years’ experience in child and adult mental health, Aimee has a special interest in mental wellness, anxiety and stress management. In 2020, in response to the lack of accessible mental health support for all in SA, Aimee started The Selfcare Studio , a project that aims to destigmatize and improve access to mental health information and stress management techniques using social media platforms like Instagram and Youtube.

Since then, The Self-care Studio has grown to provide mental health and wellness talks, workshops and more. Aimee has recently opened a studio space and hosts mental health events which aim to make mental health activities, like creating for our mental health, more accessible and trendier for social spaces too. Through these events, she is creating mental health awareness, normalising conversations around mental health and decreasing stigma around mental health conditions across the life span.

Aimee runs a neuroaffirming and trauma informed private practice where she works with clients with ADHD, ADD, stress, anxiety, burnout and other mental health conditions. She also has an online store selling sensory and fidget tools that support good mental health.

What an honor to have her as a guest speaker!
