Our Spit Braais are prepared the traditional old-fashioned way, with proper wood burning and slow cooking on open flames. It takes four hours of preparation, but the result is absolutely worth it.

Whether you're hosting a small gathering of 35 people or a large event with thousands, we have the most delicious menus to suit your needs. Our expertly cooked lambs are carved to perfection and offer a variety of options, including perfectly carved deboned legs of lamb, lamb ribs, and rugstroom (neck & fillet of the lamb). With 550 grams of meat and bone per person, your guests will be satisfied and impressed.
