Wondering what you've missed?
With all the details and planning that goes into a wedding, it's normal to feel overwhelmed. Don't forget these few small details when it gets to your wedding.
1. Gifts - organize (ahead of time) who will be responsible for collection & safekeeping of your gifts and cards from the venue.
2. Your departure - if you're having a big wedding, it's often times tricky to say goodbye to each individual guest. Instead, plan your departure in advance and make it an "event" of the night - consider a final dance, sparklers etc.
3. An emergency kit: a small bag, filled with necessities. Plasters, deodorant, safety pins, small sewing kit etc.
4. Food! Assign someone the responsibility of making sure you and your partner both eat throughout the day.
5. Vendors & Suppliers: please feed your vendors and suppliers on site, remember to set aside a small portion of your wedding budget for this.
6. Extra shoes. Late night boogie could get painful in high-heels, switch to a comfier, more suitable shoe for late-night celebrations.
