I am soooo excited, recording the guided meditations for Ho'oponopono for Coaches and Healers and have a new front page! And here's a sneak peak of the Introduction: Introduction

In a world that often feels fragmented and disconnected, the ancient Hawaiian practice of Ho'oponopono offers a path back to wholeness, forgiveness, and profound healing. As a healer, coach, or therapist, you are at the forefront of guiding others through their most challenging emotional landscapes. You hold space for transformation, provide tools for personal growth, and help your clients navigate the complexities of their inner worlds. But who holds space for you? Who guides the guide? This is where Ho'oponopono enters, not just as a healing modality for your clients, but as a deeply personal practice that empowers you, the healer, to continually renew and nurture your own spirit.
I wrote this guide because, in my journey as a coach and healer, I discovered the powerful, yet often overlooked, need for us to tend to our own emotional and spiritual well-being. We are empathetic, deeply invested in the wellness of others, but can easily find ourselves carrying the residual energy of the pain, trauma, and challenges our clients bring into our sessions. Without intentional practices to cleanse and reset, this emotional residue can accumulate, leading to burnout, compassion fatigue, or a sense of disconnect from the very work we are so passionate about.
Ho'oponopono, which means "to make right" or "to correct," is a practice that resonates deeply with the core of our work as healers. It emphasizes personal responsibility, forgiveness, gratitude, and love—principles that align perfectly with the foundational values of coaching, therapy, and holistic healing. Yet, Ho'oponopono extends beyond the theoretical; it is an active, living practice that invites us to engage daily with our own healing. It reminds us that before we can truly facilitate transformation in others, we must first tend to the gardens of our own hearts.
This guide was born out of my personal experience with Ho'oponopono and the profound shifts it brought into my life, both personally and professionally. As someone who has walked the path of supporting others, I have also faced the weight of my own unresolved emotions and the lingering impacts of my clients' stories. Through Ho'oponopono, I found a way to release, forgive, and reconnect with my own sense of peace and purpose. This guide aims to share that gift with you, offering practical tools and insights to integrate Ho'oponopono into your own life and practice.

In these pages, you will find not only the philosophy behind Ho'oponopono but also practical applications tailored specifically for healers, coaches, and therapists. From guided exercises and meditations to case studies and real-world applications, this guide is designed to be a companion on your journey.
