This wedding made all our wine farm wedding dreams come true!
Jade and Joshua wanted colour, joy and dancing under the stars. And that is what they got! Boekenhoutskloof is a magical estate, tucked away deep in the Franschhoek mountains and provided them with an idyllic, private and peaceful setting.

Mignon & Donald on the blog!
The Mont Rochelle lawn and manor house provided an idyllic backdrop to this destination wedding. We loved the abundant, colourful floral, the live watercolour artist who painted a portrait of each couple, Mignon’s dreamy dress and… the moment when Donald couldn’t contain himself any longer and started kissing her during her vows!

Nasrene & Gavin!
Really the coolest couple on the planet to plan a wedding for. They managed to create a destination wedding at Vrede en Lust Estate where two very different cultures were able to gel and celebrate together effortlessly. What a joy to witness!
Our favourite part of the wedding? Apart from Nasrene who looked like a queen in her exquisite dress, we loved experiencing the traditional Ceilidh dancing hosted by Cape Town Ceilidhs – definitely not something we see at many weddings!

There is a new wedding on our blog!
When Lauren and Connor decided to bring their loved ones on a destination wedding adventure from the US to SA, they did not have to look far for the perfect intimate venue.
Having visited La Petite Ferme before on a trip to SA, they were confident that the boutique hotel offered everything they desired for a special wedding celebration – superb accommodation, cuisine and wine – with stunning views over the Wineland’s valley.
We absolutely love how beautiful Catherine Mac captured this wedding with a couple so much in love!

We have a gorgeous new wedding to share with you!
Kate and Jason crept deep into our hearts during the year of planning, which included multiple trips up to Plettenberg Bay (we never complain about having to go to Plett!).
Kate approached her wedding full of wonderful and creative ideas to make sure their guests had an out-of-this-world experience during the multiple-day celebrations.

Hosting a wedding on NYE adds an extra layer of excitement and expectation to the festivities!
Our favourite part of Olivia and Jarred's wedding was turning Glen Carlou’s restaurant into a romantic forest and combined indigenous flowers with a strong “wine” theme (the wine stains on the stationery was made by actual wine!).

Maretha and Divvie are certainly one of the most joyful and vibrant couples we have worked with! I mean, can you look at their wedding photos without a smile on your face?!
Maretha wanted a “greenhouse” feel, but at the same time keeping fresh-cut flowers to the minimum. Kokedama plants were used, which were then re-planted in the newlyweds’ garden after the wedding day.
