EventRoom is currently looking for homes that can accommodate 40 - 80 people for a number of corporate year end functions as well as cocktail events for high profile companies. Budgets range from R40k - R80k to you as the home owner per event, which includes one day set up, the event day and one day break down.

You don't need to move out and the bedrooms and private spaces won't be used.

EventRoom has been in business for over 6 years and is a trusted name in facilitating bookings between clients who are looking for somewhere different to host their events and home owners looking to make a little extra money without the hassle of moving out of their homes.

While hosting events at your home does come with it's own unique challenges, it's 3 times the income for 1/3 of the time, and we are well versed in how to avoid any damages to your property and manage the client's expectations.
