A pleasure, once again, to give of our services to this wonderful organisation. Winelands String Trio Michele Williams, Marianne McLean and Karin Gaertner entertained guests at Tummiluv Greenpoint in aid of S A Guide Dog Association.

Thank you Sarah and Steve for inviting us to play for your wedding held at CASA L***A in Muizenberg - a beautiful setting, perfect weather and a lovely ambiance - What a pleasure to accompany soprano Elizabeth Catharina in her moving rendition of Bach's Jesu Joy of Man's Desiring. After the ceremony we moved from the lawn to the courtyard and entertained guests with Italian Favourites while they enjoyed canapés and drinks. Thanks to violinist Michele Williams for joining us for this occasion.

What a special occasion, to be a part of the Hermanus Gift Market - we played in honour of our sister /aunt, Cecilia Pienaar, whose Botanical Art is displayed in all its exquisite beauty. Not far away, at Grootbos, some of Cecilia's original Art Work can be viewed at the Florilegium.

Thanks Sharon Pringle for joining us as we entertained most appreciative guests during sundowners at a beautiful private home in Noordhoek. As we came to the end of play, the sweltering weather began to cool and the wind picked up. Just as well we managed to get ourselves, our instruments and music stands in the car (parked some distance away) in the nick of time before the heavens opened, bringing a major storm in its wake.
