That uneducated & poor auntie you constantly ignore will sacrifice to be at your bedside when you fall ill while everybody else only checks up on you via phone calls. Those childhood friends you constantly avoid because they are now junkies will stay the night and keep you company when you have a funeral at your home, while your collegues will pass by for an hour or two say a few words, reconnect with each other and go back to the comfort of their homes. Those foreigners at the corner shop that you despise so much are the only ones that will risk their lives to save you, if they hear you are being attacked or robbed while that neighbor you try so much to impress will double check to make sure their doors are locked while pretending not to hear you scream for help. The maid you deliberately delay to pay will help you take care of your parents when they struggle with their health in their old age. That illiterate old uncle you think is wasting his life is the only true uncle that genuinely loves your children and may even raise them in an event that you pass on,whilst your own siblings sadly mistreat or neglect them. Those guards you belittle will stick by you in a car break down until till your mechanic shows up whilst your mates wonβt pick up your calls because they were in a "meeting".
Do not let titles determine how you interact with people. The person you took for granted today may turn out to be the person you may need tomorrow. Be careful how you treat people. No one is useless.
