CAKE 🍰 LOVERS!!!!

Dos:

1. Preheat your oven to the recommended temperature before you start mixing the batter.

2. Use high-quality and fresh ingredients, including butter, eggs, and flour.

3. Measure your ingredients accurately using proper measuring cups and spoons. For accuracy and consistency, use a digital kitchen scale.

4. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy to incorporate air into the batter. (If the recipe calls for it).

5. Sift dry ingredients like flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder to remove lumps and ensure even distribution.

6. Use room temperature eggs and dairy products to ensure proper emulsification of the batter.

7. Gently fold in dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

8. Test the cake for doneness with a toothpick or cake tester inserted into the center.

9. Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before removing it and frosting.

10. Grease and flour the cake pans or use parchment paper to prevent the cake from sticking.


Don'ts:

1. Don't overmix the cake batter, as it can lead to a tough and dense cake.

2. Don't open the oven door frequently while the cake is baking, as it can cause the cake to collapse.
