Dinner recipe
Beef stew
Ingredients
Beef 500g
Onion 1 chopped
Tomato 2 chopped
Salt pinch
Garlic 1 glove
Black pepper 1/2 tsp (optional)
BQQ spice pinch
Smoked paprika 1tsp
Beef stock
Cooking oil
Steak and chops 1 pinch
Carrots 2tb spoons cut in diamond
Carrots 2tb spoons cut in diamond

Method
Cut the beef in cube ensure you separate fat from the beef.Season the beef but don't add paprika at this point

In a pan or pot hit the oil then add beef and fry until golden brown.Add chopped onions.Cover with lid and simmer for 3-4 minutes
Add the smoked paprika and tomato gradually.Add the broth in bits and cook for 1hour 30 minutes.
Add the carrots and green beans .

Let's bake today
Vanilla Cake

Ingredients
Cake Flour 500 grams
Baking powder 2 tsp
Milk 250ml
Margarine 250 grams
Eggs 5
Vanilla Essence 1 table spoon
Castor Sugar 250 grams
Salt pinch

Directions
Heat the oven at 180 degrees
Grease your baking pan
In a bowl mix margarine and sugar and cream until it is fluffy.
Add eggs one by one (Whisk after adding each egg)
Add the vanilla essence
Sieve the Flour which is mixed with baking powder then add the other dry ingredients to the flour.
Add 250 grams of flour flour and 125mls milk to the mixture and whisk .
Add the remaining milk and flour and whisk .
Empty the doudh in your baking tin and bake for 30 to 45 minutes
