Thank you so much, Mwanalife Party Hire customers. We really appreciate your support. Mwanalife Party Hire has grown and continues to grow, but we'd like to address our policy regarding bookings and cancellations.

When you book an event with us and pay a deposit, we reserve that date exclusively for you, ensuring that no other clients can book the same time and space. This allows us to dedicate our resources and efforts to making your event special. However, cancellations can significantly impact our business.

If you cancel your function, we may lose the opportunity to rebook that date, resulting in a financial loss for our business. This is why we have established a cancellation policy to protect both our clients and our business.

If you need to cancel your function after paying a deposit, please note that 30% of the deposit will be non-refundable. This helps cover some of the costs and potential losses we incur due to the cancellation. However, we understand that plans can change. If you prefer to reschedule your function, we are happy to accommodate. You can move your event to another date, and we will issue a credit voucher valid for three months. Please be aware that if the voucher is not used within three months, it will become invalid.

These guidelines are set to ensure that we can continue providing high-quality services to all our clients while maintaining the sustainability of our business. We hope you understand and appreciate the need for these policies.
