Brown sausage in large cast iron skillet, add in your peppers, onion, and garlic with some salt and pepper...and that’s pretty much it! (Full recipe on her site, link in comments.) I added a teaspoon of dried parsley and a half teaspoon of smoked paprika, then at the end I decided to toss in some leftover green beans that I chopped up because, why not?! Served over egg noodles with chile flakes.
