ON LOCAL ARTISTS IN ITEZHI TEZHI

ITT Radio 90.9 FM has introduced a Brand New Show called "Local Stars Show". This is to increase the visibility of our local artists in the District.

The show which is for 2 hours from 14hrs every Wednesday will be live streamed on our page while featuring different artists each week who will have their music played as they get interviewed by our presenters.

This show is an addition to our already running shoes which promote local music such as "Zed Mega Top 10" (Friday ) and "Local Countdown Top 10 (Saturday ).

We wish to advise our artists that ITT Radio is their station and they "must" be free to walk in and deliver music at "no cost" as airplay is FREE. As a Media House based in an area with diversity in language, cultural beliefs and people, we accommodate anyone as the term local to us means "Zambian".

In order to improve the Industry and help our District grow, let us promote Unity of purpose without discrimination and looking down on any artist regardless of the type of Music they make that is why countries like South Africa and Nigeria have had their industry grow because they embrace each artist regardless of the type of Music and language used.

In conclusion, we wish to advise our colleagues in the industry that let us be United and PLEASE feel free to visit ITT Radio at any time during working hours so that we can schedule your interviews and have your music played on the different shows we have which focus on Local Talent.
