Try my Ginger drink recipe 😋🤗


Ingredients:
50g ground ginger, 12g packet of Tartaric acid, 12g cream of Tartar, 3 to 4 cups sugar and 10L water.

Method:
- Turn stove on to a medium to high temperature. Place pot onto the stovetop and add 1Litre water.
- Add ground ginger and sugar and stir the ingredients in the pot often while also letting the mixture boil for 10min.
- Turn heat down to a medium temperature and add cream of Tartar and Tartaric acid and keep stiring and let simmer for another 10min.
- Remove from stove and pour into the bucket of remaining 9L cold water and mix well.
You can optionally add pineapple pieces and let sit for about 20 to 24hrs then refrigerate.
