one explanation for this kind of situation is too many activities planned for the wedding .l always laugh when a couple consults for their wedding and say they want things like confetti, chocolate fountain ,jumping castle ..the end result dearest ones is commotion imagine someone is trying to get some chocolate , confetti is spitting papers all over a beautifully decorated venue ...some things are just not necessary keep it simple and amazing

one thing that l hate Is when a woman becomes too controlling ..when making plans consult your husband to be (his going to be making a lot of decisions after the ring anyway ) don't choose colour schemes venue ,cake and even the kind of suit he will wear alone ...a wedding is for too people that automatically means two minds should be at work

one thing that l have learnt as a wedding planner is to take risk and play along with different colours and free advise for all couples your colour scheme determine the mood of your big day...there are some shades which have a tiring effect on your guests like bottle green(note: when decorating we use big drapes so when choosing a colour imagine a big drape in that colour and if it makes you wannna puke choose another one) but that doesn't mean you should limit yourself to the old colour which is white ...one time a couple asked me if l could decorate for pink and orange colour scheme ..oohh my word that was the most beautiful wedding l had ever seen ...that couple was very experimental and it paid off

nothing beats an intimate garden wedding.It should be planned for spring where there are no rains and scotching sun .beautiful when the white is donned with peach or velvet just to add colour to your event ...ideal number of people is 100 no more than that ...advise to Zimbabwean couples where don't have many beautiful parks and botanical which are privately owned so when planning to have a garden wedding and using a public park choose and book venue early so that lawn and flowers are well cultured before your wedding ....remember its a garden wedding because you want contact with nature so nothing beats surrounding green trees ,grass and flowers
