Double the Fun, Double the Celebration!

Saturday began with a graduation party, honoring a remarkable achievement. Our team set the tone with uplifting music, as proud family and friends gathered to celebrate. The graduate's smile lit up the room, and our DJs kept the energy high, playing the perfect blend of contemporary and classic tracks.

As the graduation party wrapped up, we swiftly transitioned to our second event: a 40th surprise birthday party! The secrecy was intact until the big reveal, and the birthday honoree was overwhelmed with joy.

Where to set up the DJ at Ceremony
By far the best place is in the back (behind the guests) with speakers facing the front. There are a number of reason for this. For one, it eliminates any possibility of the DJ sound system showing up in your pictures. It also has a much more balanced sound that everyone will be able to hear more evenly. It strongly helps to prevent microphone feedback, especially when using a lapel style microphone. It allows your officiate to know that everyone can hear him/her because if they can hear themselves through the speakers, everyone else can. Last, the DJ has the best line of sight for all the events from this position and is not a visual distraction to your guests.

Q: When To Hire Wedding DJ?

A: 2022 is going to be a record-breaking year in the number of weddings that will occur (since 1984), although we normally see couples hiring their wedding DJ 6-9 months in advance, we are suggesting that you do it much earlier 12-18 months in advance if you want to have a choice in DJs or other wedding vendors. Don’t be surprised if you reach out to your first 5+ DJs and find out that they are not available for your wedding date. Don’t leave it to the last minute
