AIMS & OBJECTIVES;
1. To promote and develop the game of Twenty20 Cricket for men and boys in every part of the country where the game of cricket is being played and providing the right opportunity to government schools/ streets/ small town cricket players from poor backgrounds.
2. To maintain general control of the game of Twenty20 Cricket in the country particularly with reference to the rul
es and regulations which may be instrumental in the development of the game.
3. To encourage the promotion of affiliated units for development of the game of Twenty20 Cricket.
4. To co-ordinate country activities in respect of the Twenty20 Cricket game in all ways including conducting of Cricket Tournaments/Championships for both men and boys.
5. To secure participation in international contests.
6. To hold such International Cricket Championships as approved by ITCF–USA Executive board like European Cup/ Asia Cup/ Afro-Asia Cup/ Champions Trophy/ World Cup and Junior World Cup.
7. To promote, control and if necessary finance visits of foreign teams to Zimbabwe and Zimbabwe to foreign countries.
8. To take such steps, which may be conductive in general, to the fulfillment of the objectives of the Federation.
9. To organize Cricket matches for charitable purposes.
10. To maintain library to communicate the material on the game to the affiliated units.
11. To conduct local Twenty20 Cricket tournaments/series on rotation basis in different provinces.
12. To conduct national referees/umpires/coaches tests in all affiliated units.
13. To publish literature on the game of Twenty20 Cricket to all affiliated units.
14. To organize all seminars on Twenty20 Cricket and to set up National Twenty20 Cricket Academy and provincial Cricket Academies.
15. To establish international standard cricket grounds in every province.
16. To establish Twenty20 Cricket sports channel in the country and also establish Sports University/Research and Development center in all major provinces.
