Coral Blue Functions boasts of a qualified and professional team leader with 14 years experience in organising successful workshops and conferences. Her expertise and experience spans through private and humanitarian concerns and a resume can be provided upon request. Our team leader is familiar with the protocols and etiquette required when dealing with the highest offices in government, diplomats, CEOs and directors of organisations so fear not, there is no office that’s too big or too small for us! Over the years professional relationships were established with key personnel in most hotels and conference centres in the country and as a result we are able to negotiate for favourable rates for our clients.
Our Services include but not limited to;
· Initial meetings to discuss the requirements of the conference/ workshop;
· Coming up with a budget that suits your pocket;
· Booking the venue;
· Sending out invitation letters (if the client is not doing this by themself);
· Make follow ups and provide the client with a confirmation list;
· Oversee the preparation of workshop materials (folders, banners, readers tec.);
· Outsourcing services such as transport, entertainment foe cocktails, PA Systems, rapporteur etc. Three quotations will be provided to the client for these services;
· Ensuring the smooth-flow of the conference/ workshop;
· And clearing the venue after the workshop/ Conference.
Wedding Planning
We understand that you want to become a bride/ groom and not learn how to become a wedding planer. The only item on your wedding that checklist that we wont be able to help you with is your wedding dress! Whether you are planning a small or large wedding in Zimbabwe, the Coral Blue Functions team caters for your wedding to make it a day you will live to remember!
Our wedding planning services include but not limited to;
· Initial meetings (physically or via Skype) to discuss the requirements of the wedding;
· Assisting in coming up with the budget;
· Booking the venue;
· Assist with themes and staging;
· Outsourcing all the other services required at the wedding such as flowers, entertainment, sound system, catering, cakes, deco, Master of Ceremonies, make up artist, dance instructor etc. Three quotations will be provided to you for these services. Please note that the client is free to outsource on their own and we will just do the coordination;
· Making consistent follow ups on the service providers to make sure that they deliver as required;
· Giving the client feedback at every stage;
· Inspecting the venue a night before to ensure that everything is in pace;
· Providing not less than 2 Coral Blue Functions team members on the day of the wedding to ensure smooth coordination of activities;
· And ensuring that the venue is cleared after the wedding.
