Visionary Entertainment Visionary Entertainment is UC Berkeley's premier professional event planning Haas Sponsored Organization. Need a venue? Security? Caterer?

Visionary Entertainment covers the entire spectrum of event planning. We provide our specialized services exclusively to any organization officially affiliated with the university (Greeks, clubs, faculty, etc.). Need transportation but not sure how much you should pay? Whatever it is that you need we will help provide it. We've centralized event planning at Cal so that when we call venues or bus c

ompanies we can use that as leverage to negotiate prices down, which we have successfully done for several Sorority Invites and others already. Furthermore, unlike our peer event planning organizations that are for-profit and charge large fees to tap into their networks and services, we don't charge event planning fees and do this because we love it. We know the industry inside & out through our research and insider connections to large corporations (ie American DJ, Eternal Lighting, QSC, etc.) We also own a bunch of creative lighting and FX (lasers, led party lights, led flood lights, strobes, fog machines, Video Jockey material, and more) and always provide discounts below market-rate, unlike our competitors. After we've done everything to save as much money possible and maximize your budget, we then work focus on creatively transforming your venue to make it perfect for your event. We are there to simplify your life planning for the event, and through the collaboration insure that it is absolutely unforgettable.
