Our brilliant and beautiful bride-to-be Bella was always drawn to the idea of a whimsical garden, with deep romantic colors and enchanted fairytale vibes. With a little help and creativity from us , we were thrilled to deliver what she wanted.

As a huge supporter of all types of celebrations , we cherish nothing more than anything ‘family-style’ and so, we most certainly enjoyed setting up this private dinner event, for a family function at their residence.
Our client did not want any flowers and wanted us to work with earth colors to match their home décor. With a perfect blend of rustic, lush greenery and modern artefacts, we had major fun working on this event and our guests loved the simplicity of the greenery set-up.

One of the hardest parts about planning a party, is coming up with the perfect theme, which is why our client Sh*tal turned to us for expert advice :P

Sh*tal wanted us to work on a unique and jaw-dropping reception theme for her daughter Marisa’s holy communion, while strictly asking us to keep in mind not to go overboard with the décor. Not only did she immediately strike a chord with us, but her fine taste and attention to detail made us wonder whether she was secretly an expert Event planner herself ! And so, ofcourse, we were thrilled to pieces when we successfully managed to give her the ‘classic elegance’ theme that she had envisioned.

Throwback to our ‘flower power’ Christening reception event, held this time last year for Baby Abigail. We opted for gorgeous paper flowers instead of fresh flowers to bring out a more fun and creative element to the theme.
The classic color scheme of blush pinks, purple, and pewter looked great together, perfect for a little angel’s party. The tiny details made the celebration all the more special and fun for the family.

Team Low9 had the pleasure to work on the christening of Baby Rochelle with a chic and elegant garden theme. Baby Rochelle’s parents, Renold & Tina wanted a simple backdrop and table, that would highlight a tasteful and visually appealing look. Thus came the idea of the most trending cake swing backdrop. Although most popularly used in weddings, we are thrilled that we had the opportunity to use one for darling Rochelle’s christening and was the ‘talk of the event’! Consisting of a color palette of soft pinks, purples and shimmery golds, the decor was carefully arranged to co-ordinate with the color theme.

We also want to specially thank all the awesome colleagues of Renold who helped with the set-up and décor arrangements.

There’s something so timeless about an all gold and white Holy Communion reception. Our hearts were exploding with joy as we pursued through a minimalist Holy Communion party that we did for darling Michelle Abraham on her First Holy Communion day! Michelle’s family wanted us to create an experience their guests will not only swoon over, but be a memorable moment in their daughter’s life. So, our team was delighted to conceptualize and plan the event from end to end, creating the mood for their special day.

The simple faith of a child is an amazing thing and it was a blessing to all of us to be able to be a part of her special day.

Birthdays mean the world to us and whenever we get a chance we thoroughly enjoy hosting birthday celebrations! Naturally, we were so excited to work on the most trending and in demand Paw Patrol birthday theme. We celebrated our little hero, Jeremy's 5th birthday milestone, with these famous rescue dogs-in-training, by throwing him a PAW Patrol themed birthday party!

The backdrop was simple, to which we added colors, cuteness and details, and lo and behold, it looked like it was straight out of the Paw Patrol scene.

Raising a teenager is easy, said no parent ever. But you get some extra brownie points if you are one of those parents who know how to throw a cool birthday party for their son turning an official teenager !

And that’s what this cool parents did - when they asked us to put together a birthday party for their official teenager, with no particular theme. We organized this handsome teens' Big 13, in colors of gold, red and black - no more kiddish charm, just teenage glamour :)

The set-up was simple and done to a minimal. Most importantly, the boys got together and had lots of fun.

Yes and that's right! This favoritest couple of ours have shared and made Team Low9 a part of all their special moments in life, from birthdays to bridal shower and their wedding and now the joy of their new born!

We had the privilege to work on the christening celebration of Baby Jacob - something that the couple decided to hold in such short notice, and an event that we put together in a matter of four days.

We chose the soft and bright airy color palette of tiffany blue and mint green, paired with pops of color in gold and white which was a perfect idea for celebrating little Jacob's christening day.

There’s something so timeless about an all-white reception with natural greenery. Our hearts are pounding with joy as we pursued through a wonderful minimalist wedding in dreamy white palette, green from the foliage and chartreuse for the flowers, with hints of gold and brown!

The idea of the reception décor was conceptualized by the groom’s sister Thanu Mary Abraham who is an Interior Designer and has a fine eye for details. We are glad we were able to capture what the family wanted and thoroughly enjoyed working on all the nitty-gritty details with them. Thank you for your trust in us and for making Low9 a part of this fabulous celebration!

Following the church wedding, the reception was set in a pandal, inside the church compound and it was a rainy day. While a rainy forecast may have stressed some brides and grooms, Tharun & Amitha and their families were totally cool about it, (and so were we!) and with the clouds looking like confetti were about to fall from the sky, it created a warm, cozy and intimate feeling that perfectly set the mood for a monsoon wedding!

Our heartiest congratulations to Tharun & Amitha on their big day! Team Low9 is glad to have crafted a wedding atmosphere, one of its kind, bringing together the romance, happiness and excitement all under one umbrella !

Once upon a time, the team of Low9 Events was summoned to create a Royal First birthday bash fit for a little prince….and that’s exactly what we did!

We had absolute pleasure styling and putting together this Royal prince themed party for the adorable one year old, baby Adeel! From the regal green, black & gold palette chosen by his Mother Queen, to the royal crown for a backdrop & classic chalkboard art, this celebration catered to regal guests of all ages. Of course, Prince Adeel stole the show with his charming smile and happy nature !

Batman has always been a favorite for Francis ever since he was a little child. Knowing his craze for this superhero, his wife thought it was only befitting to hold a surprise batman themed party, for the superhero of her life ! That too, on his first birthday after marriage . And so it was! What a lucky little man!

Celebrating at home with family and close friends, this batman themed party was truly mind-blowing with black,yellow and white decorations adorning the party space.

What a great way to celebrate turning 29!!
