Designed by for ‘Concerto for Peace’ this ethereal installation reimagines the sun as a delicate, abstract sphere.

Made of sheer layers, it allows light to both illuminate the surface and pass through, creating an opaque glow without casting shadows. Modular in design, more layers can be added to its original five to fit any theater.

The mixed of the aluminum braces on top and the free hanging chiffon embody a celestial form that’s rigid yet fluid: keeping its general form and moving with the hint of wind. And with the lights, transforming into a Sun, Moon, or any other celestial phenomenon the moment calls for.
