We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Federico Bosio, Additive Manufacturing Lead at TII as our Speaker for ReAM Show taking place from 24 to 26 September at Le Méridien Hotel & Conference Centre, in Dubai, UAE.

Dr Bosio holds a BSc, MSc, and PhD in Materials Engineering from Politecnico di Torino (Italy). As a PhD researcher, he has been involved in Additive Manufacturing projects by joining international collaborations since 2017. He has also been part of the Monash Centre for Additive Manufacturing (Melbourne, Australia) research group, creating a network with relevant material scientists, academics, and additive manufacturing specialists. His efforts are currently channelled into the development of a novel aluminium alloy class – AMALLOY3D – for targeted applications in the AM industry.

With over 20 years of experience at multinational corporations in the energy industry, his proficiency in applying structure and business processes to drive sustainable growth and profitability has helped him build various businesses within the global corporate world. Sary Diab plays a crucial role in Immensa’s executive leadership team by helping execute the company’s strategic vision, accelerate its global growth, scale its global business operations, and lead the go-to-market teams.

Sary’s move to Immensa comes after his leading Pall Corporation for almost 6 years as the Region Leader managing the Sales and Commercial teams across the Middle East. His entire service in Pall extends to 10 years of leading Project Management, Engineering, and Services for Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA). His division delivered more than 600 projects (USD130M) since 2012.

Prior to this assignment, Sary had also spent 12 years at General Electric (GE), where he held multiple commercial and technical leadership roles in the Optimization & Control business. Sary holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut and is a member of the Jordanian Engineering Association.

With over 20 years in the Aerospace & Defense industry, Humna has extensive experience in payload development, vehicle engineering, launch operations, and failure analysis. She has held leadership roles at SpaceX, guiding quality engineering for Falcon 9, Falcon Heavy, and Dragon programs, and at NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration, where she managed critical process control initiatives. Humna is also a Six Sigma Black Belt and serves as an advisor to ASTM International, SME, and other industry bodies. Her strategic focus is on streamlining the Qualification, Validation, and Certification processes to advance additive manufacturing and democratize production capabilities in aerospace.
