Mosaic Live worked closely with the Masdar team, to produce the content and stage production for the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week Opening Ceremony and the Zayed Sustainability Prize Awards Ceremony 2023. The Ceremony was attended by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, along with 14 Heads of State and 900+ Protocol attendees amongst a total of 2800 guests.

Mosaic delivered all the creative content for the preshow and the 60-minute main show which included designing custom background animations, branding for the key note speeches, a special Roots themed transition sequence from ADSW to the Prize, the prize nominations and awarding animation & a finale closing moment for the group photograph. The ex*****on involved an entire stage production with an LED lined floor, a bespoke fabric ceiling installation, 900+ VIP seating management, a National Anthem performance with 100 school children, branding around the ceremony hall and live streaming of the ceremony and the awards to various social media channels of Masdar.

Its one for the books! Mosaic Live took over the Dubai Exhibition Center earlier this month at the EXPO, building a remarkable space over 10 days to welcome 32 world class teams who have flown in from different regions to battle it out and sn**ch the crown of the PUBG Global Championship at the Dubai Esports Festival 2022. 14 Days of elimination rounds have taken place and tomorrow marks the start of the 4 day final championship to win a total prize pool of $2,000,000 USD!

What a great kickstart to the season!

DEWA entrusted Mosaic Live to deliver the 8th World Green Economy Summit

The event took place on the 28th and 29th of September 2022. With Global policy makers, thought leaders and a wide youth participation: the event hosted over 2000+ VVIPs, Protocol, Speakers, Delegates and Media to discuss greater efforts to combat climate change, accelerate the transition into a green economy and build a sustainable future. The event was a resounding success.

Mosaic Live delivered the overall event management of the 2 day summit which began with the Opening Ceremony by HE Saeed Mohammed Ahmad Al Tayer, The Emirates Energy Awards Ceremony, a Ministerial Roundtable session, a Youth Circles Session and the Regional Conference of the Youth which took place in multiple breakout rooms over the 2 days. From set design and stage build to full content ex*****on for the LED screens, virtual streaming, audio visual solution and the crew to run the show days, the team successfully delivered the whole experience within a challenging timeline.

Our team went regional across the Nile, for the first ever SalesForce Live Edition in St. Regis, Cairo, Egypt. The event was flawlessly executed with 315 attendees, 16 sessions, 6 hosted partners, various breakout rooms, a cocktail reception and a fabulous dinner for selected C-suite Executive customers.
