This event was a very challenging yet fulfilling for our team. This event has been booked and was only finalized 5 days before the big day.

Each and every detail of this event was being procured, prepared, fabricated and placed according to the client perspective and preferences.

In such kind of scenarios, even a strongest leader in the world won’t be able make such tight of planning workforce by himself alone. And this is where my entire team comes in, from the planning to the fabrication and until the final ex*****on and installation, everyone did their duties and delivered an excellent results even on a sleepless night of installation.

Being the only lady in all men team is absolutely a great challenge, but by Positive body language combined with skills like empathy, patience, and problem solving create a comfortable working atmosphere and encourages them. Most importantly, always be genuine and authentic when communicating. Delegation of work and instructing people think you’re speaking from the heart and not from the head, and a complete trust with my entire team. Making my team more comfortable working together, the more likely they are to believe in each others’ capability and aim the same goal, a successful event.
