Surely, the average celebration makes for a beautiful affair to remember—but when some of the globe’s most notable personalities are involved, the party gets heightened to epic proportions.

No location is out of reach for the world’s famous. When we had to organise the 60s birthday of our VIP client we knew it is not going to be small. How early should we start to plan our wedding?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We recommend beginning the process at least 12-15 months before the wedding if you are planning a destination wedding. This will help you to plan everything in a calm relaxed way and to ensure that you have plenty of venue choices for your date and that all vendors that you wish to work with are available.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It will also allow out-of-towner guests to arrange their travel plans without a rush.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The shortest planning we had was 2 weeks and everything went smoothly and great. We also managed to organize parties and create decor for VIPs in less than two months. However if staying calm is important for you, we recommend having enough of time.

When I was writing an article for about wedding of Maura & Abdullah, I had some insights about planning a destination wedding. Here they are: don’t compromise on the venue, because your vision and an experience you want to grant to your guests are very important

2) have enough of time, especially if you have a destination wedding
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3) set the clear budget and mark what is important to you
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4) follow deadlines
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5) take care of guests logistic, provide accomodation tips, organize one or few activities
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
6) announce the dates in advance to give enough time to make travel arrangements to your wedding destination comfortable

One of the most magnificent weddings of the year we planned for .r.s.aleksandra and Paul. Still impressed with how we handled it in such a short time. The reality turned out to be even more spectacular than the vision.

Taking a limited time for planning, peak season, and challenging weather conditions for the decor of an outdoor wedding ceremony, everything went smoothly and enjoyable and the result was truly impressive.

Одна из самых волшебных свадеб прошлого года, свадьба Александры и Пола.

До сих удивляюсь, как нам удалось справится с поставленными задачами в такое короткое время, учитывая сжатые сроки, разгар свадебного сезона и специфические погодные условия, бросающие перед нами вызов при создании церемонии на улице.

Это тот случай, когда результат превзошёл ожидания и все прошло гладко и успешно.

It all started with the dream, Naya had a vision of her 50 birthday party in Dubai.

Once, she came across an article in the magazine about another event we organized in the past. Since then, she trusted STD with her party.

Naya has a charming personality. She is the kind of woman that makes people turn their heads when she is walking by. Her laugh is contagious. Our task was to reflect her character on the event and elevate the experience of 70 guests to dizzy heights.

This event turned out to be the kind everybody is talking about. We are excited to spill light on the day and start sharing the details.

Больше всего нам хотелось передать яркий и харизматичный характер именинницы.
