My Lovely Wedding started as a blog back in 2012, and is now a wedding planning and styling company based in Dubai.

My Lovely Wedding started back in 2012 when I was a bride-to-be and decided to blog about my own personal bridal journey. My story seemed to resonate and the feedback from those original blogs motivated me to continue writing. This motivation, along with the support of so many couples and vendor partners, has enabled me to grow My Lovely Wedding into my dream job. I get to style weddings, play wit

h flowers and make weddings pretty. I have worked with so many wonderful clients over the past few years, and being able to make their weddings come to life is quite possibly the most rewarding part of what I do. Today My Lovely Wedding is not only a wedding blog; it’s a platform for inspiration to others getting married. My Lovely Wedding focuses on the local wedding industry in Dubai and the UAE and while I look to the global industry for ideas and inspiration, all of my weddings are here. I also keep things personal, working with each bride and couple personally and face-to-face to ensure a lovely day. My Lovely Wedding recently became a wedding planning business and with the help of my best friend Kara, MLW now offers full wedding planning and styling in Dubai.

Happy new year people! I don’t know what the cut off date is for saying that but never mind, I just said it.

The past few weeks (or maybe months) have been so amazing busy and I’m just catching my breath after so many weddings. For anyone waiting to hear from me I’ll be on it after Tuesday! Thank you for your patience. ❤️

Today is my 12 wedding anniversary. I sat down this morning with a cup of tea and browsed through some of my of my old blog posts. It’s wild to think that 1000s of people used to read my blog every day 😂 this was before instagram was invented.

I wanted to say thank you to all my amazing couples, my vendors and my friends for making my job so damn awesome. I never take for granted how lucky I am to do what I do. Making people happy with pretty stuff is pretty cool.

Also special mention to for still listening to my wedding chat 13 years later.

Cheers to 2025 lovelies! It’s going to be amazing ❤️

Possibly the cutest wedding guest I’ve ever seen! Dogs at weddings should totally be a thing. Or maybe a cat on a leash? Hamster running down the aisle in one of those plastic ball things? Hmm something to think about 🤔

I’m going to tell you a secret… I love people shots more than decor shots! 📷This photo of Ben melts my heart. I think it’s because I know he’s looking at his brother and that smile is so genuine. He’s sat with his bride Esme, listening to speeches and oozing with happiness. This image deserves a space on the grid. ❤️
